Add $.35(c) each regardless of quantity ordered.) Super deluxe gold and silver are produced on .025" thick aluminum. All copy and a standard border will be embossed unless otherwise directed.

All production orders will be acknowledged. Please check your acknowledgment thoroughly and advise us immediately of any discrepancy, otherwise order will be processed as shown on acknowledgment.

Presentation paper proof $20.00(z) mailed, $10.00(z) faxed or first proof e-mailed (free), plus cost of artwork. Additional e-mailed proofs for same order $10.00(z). Proofs must be ordered for new orders requiring copyright or trademark licensor approval.

No artwork charge if supplied with color separated, professional, computer or camera ready artwork. Factory supplied artwork for proof or production will be billed at cost.

Basic prices include choice of one standard background color and one imprint color. Add extra charge for each additional copy color. Call for pricing when varying imprint colors on an order. Add $.05(z) per item for halftones. (Maximum charge $100 per order for halftones regardless of number of items ordered.) Most Pantone Matching system colors are available and we will closely match shades (PMS Numbers) if necessary at no charge.

Orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without written authorization from factory. Any art and production costs incurred to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

All changes to orders must be confirmed in writing and will be acknowledged by authorization from the factory. Increases in orders will be treated as a separate order unless notification is received prior to production of original order.

Distributors along with their clients and customers must obtain proper authorization to use any and all trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We can assume no liability for any disputes arising out of any unauthorized use of trademarks presented to us for reproduction.
